iPhone Nike+ data location (and rubiTrack)

Where is the Nike+ data located on your iPhone? Check out this directory on your phone (either ssh to it or use the Terminal program):
/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Device/Trainer/Workouts/Empeds

In this directory you will find one or more strangely named directories (e.g. «4H9381NKVSX»). These names represents the ID of the Nike+ device in your running shoe. If you have more of these you will see one directory for each of them. If you list the contents of one of them you will find two directories, «latest» and «synched». In these directories you will find the XML files representing your runs (e.g. «2009-11-30 07;05;06.xml»). The difference are synched or not synched yet with iTunes and the Nike+ site.

If you are using rubiTrack you can copy these files to your Mac (using ssh) and import the runs into the program.
